Browsing this site collects nothing about you. There are no accounts, no newsletter sign-up and no forms.

If you contact us about a table, a party or renting the venue, we keep what you send us — usually your name, phone number, email and details about the event. We only use it to plan and run your booking.

Booking enquiries are deleted no later than 12 months after the event, unless Danish bookkeeping law requires us to keep receipts longer (5 years plus the current financial year).

We never sell your data. We use ordinary email and hosting providers who process data on our instructions. Data stays within the EU/EEA or is transferred on a lawful basis.

One technically necessary thing only: we store your language choice locally in your browser so you don't have to pick a flag every visit. No consent needed, and it can't identify you.

We use no analytics, marketing or tracking cookies. Google Maps is embedded on the contact page and may set Google cookies once you interact with the map.

If we later start advertising or measuring traffic, you'll get a consent banner and choose for yourself before any such cookies are set.

You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your data, and object to our processing. Write to us and we'll get back to you as fast as we can.
