Facade of Discoteque Dr. Emils Laboratorium in Marielyst

About us

The club with a bar built like a lab

Dr. Emils is where summer on Falster gets loud. Strong drinks, a bar that looks like a laboratory, and a dance floor that fills up every Friday and Saturday.

It started with something simple: Marielyst needed somewhere to go once the beach bars close. So we built a club with flasks behind the bar, a doctor on the sign and music you can hear from the road.

These days it's stag and hen parties, birthdays, summer house crews and people on holiday who heard about us from someone on the beach. Doors open Friday and Saturday all year — new DJs, one round of shots too many, and a walk home in the sunrise.

How we do it

  • Drinks that taste of something

Belvedere, Grey Goose and fresh mixers. We don't go easy on the spirits.

  • Music you can dance to

Our DJs watch the floor, not a playlist.

  • Looked after all night

The team speaks three languages and keeps an eye out, from the door to the last song.
